I grew up in a real estate family and have always been surrounded by it. My father, Paul, owned his own company for 30+ years and ultimately became the VP of one of the biggest independent brokerages in the country. Having learned under his tutelage, and with the experience I've acquired working with both buyers and sellers over the past 14 years, I have a solid understanding of the dedication it takes to get the job done. After working with hundreds of people, it's easy to realize the communication, perseverance, and level of enthusiasm it takes to see a deal all the way through. Whether it was first time buyers, investors, empty nesters, luxury, new construction, vacant land, or whatever the case may be, I've acquired the experience and knowledge to hopefully create a smooth and seamless transaction from offer to close.
